As the 6th Grade wrapped up their unit on Ancient Greece, they celebrated with a futuristic version of an Olympic classic; chariot racing! In a friendly competition in teams, students were tasked to create a chariot using a 3D printed harness, recycled material, and various other supplies! Throughout the month students learned about Sphero robots and how to drive them in class and during STEAM lab. Miss Clark and Mrs. Greco had a great time watching students explore their engineering capabilities and passion for history in this thrilling project. Congratulations to team “Blast from the past” on winning the competition!
