Text Alert Messaging System
This is a reminder to parents and guardians about School Messenger, our alert system. This system has the ability to call, email and text parents and guardians. There is a federal regulation that requires cell phone users to sign up for an alert service. If you have signed up to receive text alerts from us in the past, you are all set. If you have changed cell phone numbers you should “opt in” again. The calling and emailing is automatic.
To “opt in” or sign up for alerts - just text "yes" to 67587
School messenger will verify that the cell number you have opted in from is a valid cell number in our system. Make sure to notify the main office first if you have changed your cell phone number.
We typically don’t send text only alerts – unusually it’s an email and text alert at the same time. We have sent very few messages so far this year, just reminders about open house and school photos. Please contact Kathy Yavaniski at
